Glintora Wear currently offers shipping only within the United States. We do not accept or process orders placed from outside the United States. This policy allows us to maintain faster delivery times, reliable tracking services, and consistent product quality for all customers across the U.S. market. By limiting our shipping region, we are able to focus on providing a more efficient and dependable fulfillment experience.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on order value, product type, weight, dimensions, and delivery location within the United States. The exact shipping cost, if applicable, will always be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We believe in complete transparency, and therefore there are no hidden charges, surprise fees, or additional costs added after checkout. The final amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable by the customer.

In certain cases, promotional offers or special campaigns may include discounted or free shipping on selected products or order values. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on the website when active.

Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday) after successful payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, payment approval, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment. This ensures that every order meets our quality standards before it is dispatched.

If incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information is provided—such as wrong shipping address, incorrect email, or invalid phone number—Glintora Wear will not be able to confirm, process, or deliver the order successfully. In such cases, the customer will be solely responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, return-to-sender situations, or additional shipping costs that may occur.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
